Amusan Showers Encomium on Alake As He Celebrates 19th Coronation Anniversary

A two term House of Representatives member and a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress in Ogun state, Hon. Jelili Kayode Amusan has penned a congratulatory message to his royal majesty Alake of Egba land, Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo (Okukenu IV) as he celebrates 19th anniversary on his father's throne.

Amusan who is the Sobaloju of Egba land said that Egba land has witnessed monumental developments since Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo became the Alake of Egba land.

In a release sent to focusnigeria in the capital city of Ogun state, Jelili commended the king for the peace and tranquility witnessed across the length and breadth of the land for the past 19 years.

He prayed for continued strength, wisdom and greater exploits and appeal to all sons and daughters of Egba land in the Diaspora to unite for the progress of Egba land.

I, heartily felicitate with his majesty the Alake and the paramount ruler of Egba land, Oba Dr. Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo (Okukenu IV) on his 19th coronation anniversary.

Kabiyesi, your reign in Egba has brought monumental developments to the good people of Egba both home and abroad, this is the very first time that the Egba land will have a king whose an ultimate goal is to see the land transforms into an ideal society.

The people of Egba land, the Chiefs in Egba land can attest to the fact that your reign is not only peaceful, but it has also ushered in greater opportunities for the illustrious sons and daughters of Egba land.

Kabiyesi, it is my prayer that your reign will continue to be peaceful and that the economy of the Egba land will flourish further in your time.
