Amusan Congratulates Chief Mustapha on His Induction Into Abeokuta Club.

A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, who is also the Sobaloju of Egba land, Hon. Jelili Kayode Amusan has felicitated with the Convener of Egba Agenda 2027 on his recent induction into the prestigious Abeokuta Club which took place in Abeokuta last weekend.

A two term forner House of Representatives member in Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode and Odeda Federal constituency described High Chief Mustapha Abdul-Hakeem Owolabi as a prominent Egba indigene whose contributions to the development of Egba land cannot be swept under the carpet.

Hon Kayode Amusan said the honour is a testament to chief Mustapha’s contributions to the development of Egba land, both locally and internationally.

Speaking on their political affiliation, Sobaloju of Egba land said that apart from the fact that Chief Mustapha is a member of the same party with him, his commitment to party activities cannot be over emphasized.

While assuring members of the Abeokuta Club that the new inductee is a round peg in a round hole, Hon. Jelili Amusan said that Chief Abdul-Hakeem is one of the pillars of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ward 5 under Abeokuta South local government.

 He therefore urged the new inductee not to relent in ensuring that Egba land takes the lead at the front burner of his endeavours.

The event was well attended by people from all walks of life.
