The newly Sworn in Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde has declared his assets worth #48bn which is one of the requirements for political office holders in Nigeria. The Governor who sees the need to make his assets public to give room for transparency and accountability was the second person to do so after the former Governor of Ogun state between 2003 – 2011, Otunba Gbenga Daniel.
