Feliza Multi Billion Naira Hotel: Owner Charges Gov Dapo on Obada Community Road Rehabilitation

A Canadian-based hotelier, Oluwafemi Ayeyemi has urged Nigerians in diaspora and foreign investors to come back home and invest in the country, adding that the lack of social amenities as factors are discouraging many from investing in the country. Ayeyemi disclosed this on Monday, while taking journalists on a project facility- tour of his multi-billion naira hotel project at Ijeja community, Obada-Oko area of Abeokuta in Ewekoro local government area of Ogun state. According to the young business tycoon, the level of high insecurity, multi tax system, lack of infrastructure, and untrustworthy manpower discouraged many foreign investors from contributing to the growth of the Nigerian economy.
